Fee Transparency: Any amount above the HOA’s intended net amount covers third-party processing fees charged by Stripe and/or payment networks. These processing fees are not retained by Lake Place HOA.
Debit/prepaid cards are not accepted. Please use a credit card, ACH, or check.
Pay by check with no fee: Make checks payable to Lake Place HOA and mail to 116 Lake Place Condo Dr, Elizabethtown, NC 28337.
These amounts are set so the HOA receives the intended net amount after Stripe card fees.
